As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

  • Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Caregiver Requirements:

  • Experience – We'd love it if you've had prior experience but it’s not required. As long as you’re willing to learn, we'll train you.
  • Skills – We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate, social, trustworthy, dependable, and service-minded.
  • Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Have or be willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Must be willing to undergo a national background check.
  • Must have a reliable Vehicle
